Protective Applications

Rationale

Humans are tool users. When fighting for your life it is not only prudent to have the best tool for the job, but you have to know how to use it. Unfortunately, most people never take the time to learn. Buying a gun and learning to shoot on a range is akin to buying golf clubs and spending all your time at the driving range. Neither example makes you a golfer or a gunfighter. Protective Applications is designed to compel the student to recognize many of the realities of a violent encounter in the context of modern society. Primary among these realizations should be the necessity of developing avoidance, evasion, de-escalation, armed and unarmed skills that can be seamlessly employed when faced with a violent situation.
